> 3 dayI bought this one for school, but it isn’t good. The laptop is so glitchy. It turns on and off out of no where, the screen becomes grainy/blurry out of no where. It doesn’t let me upload pictures. The battery literally is drained in 2 hours. I think I was sent a defective one, but at his point I think it’s been too long and I can’t return anymore. I see a lot of great reviews, but really don’t let them fool you like they did me :(

> 3 dayGreat computer and for the price point an excellent buy. I’ve owned the same laptop for 9 years and was reluctant to stray away from the “brand” I had but HP makes a great laptop

> 3 dayThe driver for the wireless network finder went out after only 7 months. Is anything made to last anymore?

> 3 dayIve had this laptop for a little over a month now as I finally broke down and bought something to have in tandem with my work issued laptop as we work from home. Im not putting it under hardcore use - just having something where I can have another screen to pull up online documents - and havent had any issues with performance speed, nor boot up time. Its fast. No issues with battery life. It seems to be a fine computer - except for one (in my view) rather annoying feature - the CPU fan.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop and it came in with a hardware defect that resulted in freezing and crashing. I spoke to Mastertronics and then when their suggestions didnt work I received assistance from HP support. HP support figured out there was a hardware problem that was not fixable by me and said I should return the laptop for a full refund. I returned it a week after receiving the laptop and Mastertronics charged me a $90 restocking fee and so I was $90 short for my refund. HP support was awesome so I will stick with HP, but I will NEVER use Mastertronics again. That was $90 I couldve put towards a laptop that actually worked. I would advise going through a different retailer.

> 3 dayPeople leaving bad reviews must have gotten faulty units because mine has been working FLAWLESSLY for the past month playing Automation and BeamNG.

Greater than one weekI bought this laptop on 08/2020, at first it works fine but then about 6 months later the screen started to go dark. Long story short, I have called HP tech support about 4 times (be ready to spend about an hour on the phone with them), after each time that they reboot and check my computer, they promised that the problem was fixed, but the issue keep happening. I also send my compute to HP for repair (I have to pay $26 to expedite shipping) they kept it about three weeks. For weeks later, the problem came back. Today I am calling HP again, and now they are telling me that they will not replace it, that I have to send my laptop for repair to them again. Seriously HP!!! No buying this brand ever again.
