I am very happy with the laptop. It has been a struggle with learning windows 11.

I used to always buy Toshiba, this is my first HP laptop and wont be the last. Only complaint is no backlight.

Easy to use, windows 11 is set up a lot different than 10

Seems to work well with what I use it for but would have liked a built in disc drive and SD card slots.

I purchased this laptop for a tech bootcamp and while I was excited to get it and am in love with the size, the specs are different from what I got.

I had my friend help me pick it out because hes good at this kind of stuff. Ive had the computer now a few weeks and Im well pleased with it. The only thing I wished is that the screen was brighter and they should make the power button stand out more than the rest of the keys. Its a little hard to find. Next time I think I would like to get one where the keys light up. But overall I think its a lot of computer for the money.

I am very pleased. I waited before I wrote a review to make sure everything was still good. Large screen, perfect keyboard, and very good clarity on screen. No DVD but thats okay because I already knew that and not worried. I bought a mouse to use with it and worked out great. You get free trial for mcafee and its all setup. I decided to go with Norton but was happy it automatically starts with an anti-virus. Great price and if you are looking for a good lap top go with this one. I researched for days and Im pleased I chose this one.

i bought this because i work from home. it was very easy to set up, it runs well, good cpu speed for multitasking, nice keys, nice screen, and surprisingly good speakers. the biggest problem i have is the battery life. its advertised as an average 8.15 hours but i started working 3.5 hours ago with 100% battery life and with battery saver on and performance settings chosen by windows, im sitting at 28%. wtf but if i choose best performance but then the text will be difficult to read and everything will just look horrible

This came with Windows 10 S which seems fairly secure. I have already upgraded to Windows 11 S.

There is something wrong with the way the keyboard is set up you can’t see the numbers and letters. Also from now on when I buy a computer I will have a touchscreen. The battery life is only OK.

Bigger screen, smaller footprint. The HP 17 Laptop PC is aboutsustainability while blendingperformance and comfort.
