being OEM item, there is no question on the quality. The shipping was very timely.

I really like these genuine HP products. These are easy to install and the packing material protects the new cartridge very well. I like the ease of changing the cartridge and no smearing and it just works as it should. I have confidence that it will not damage my printer. I showed my wife how to change the cartridge she was surprised on how easy it was change the toner.

Installed it. Arrived in a new, unopened, apparently undamaged box, and it leaked toner ink all over the inside of our printer, which now cant be used. Very unhappy.

Ich hatte bei früheren Druckern schon viele negative Erfahrungen mit Patronen + Tonern von Fremdherstellern gemacht. Habe mich daher bei unserem neuen Laserdrucker für die Originaltoner entschieden, ohne vorher überhaupt auf Suche zu gehen, ob die auch von Fremdherstellern angeboten werden. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Wechseln ist einfach und die von hp angebotene Rücksendemöglichkeit von alten Tonern finde ich auch klasse. Über die Haltbarkeit (wie viel damit gedruckt werden kann) kann ich noch nichts sagen, denn dieser Toner ist Teil des ersten Satzes, nachdem die mitgelieferten Toner leer waren.
