The video freezes all the time. I would like a replacement but my window for return is ten days out. What should I do now.

> 3 dayGreat practical laptop for your needs. I bought this for my dad to enable him to work from home. My husband and I both have a stream and it’s been working out great for us, and that made us purchase this. I was at first going to return this because it wasn’t connecting to the WiFi and contacted Hp and they advised that we would have to pay some monthly fee to enable the laptop to jump on our WiFi which didn’t make sense to me. Come to find out it was our internet company who had accidentally did something that messed up our internet. But when trying to return they advised of like a 30 or 33% restocking fee and other charges that made it not worth it to return. So this is definitely not one of those products you get to try out because you’ll have to pay to return. Overall happy with the computer but gave 4 stars for the return option sucking.
