That it is wireless

This computer lasted 5 days before it quit working. HP support had me try numerous fixes to no avail. Finally I was told that I would have to send it back for repairs and I would most likely loose all my files and data. Im just going to exchange for a new one. Hope I have better luck with that one.

This product was purchased for personal usage. However, it does not work properly. Sometimes when I go to turn it off the screen jumps up and down. I end up turning it off by pushing the power button. Also, when Im in a program sometimes I am not able to highlight items. I would like to return this item

I was given this computer as a gift for going back to school(college). I needed something that can handle the amount of work that I will be doing. I am completely satisfied with what i received. It makes me smile from ear to ear. The specs to this computer are awesome. I am still getting used to it. I love it, though truly a great gift that was purchased for me. Thanks to my angel for getting me this.

I had to replace an old computer that was on its last leg. I dont know much about computers but I did a little research and found this one to have good reviews. It was so easy to set up and is very easy to use. I work from home and use this computer every day and so far I have zero complaints.

Quick start up fast search

I received this computer today around 11am. I set it up and have spent the last 7 hours trying to connect to the internet. Ive tried to contact hp support. i cant fine a phone number to call any one. they want me to pay to join a club to get online support. ive turned the computer every which way and cant fine a serial number. hp wont help me unless i have that number. all the other numbers on the computer are no good.

I bought this for my elderly mother and it works perfectly for her. She loves it. Great product for the money.

I use two of these computers. On one of them the screen started to flicker in less than one month of use. Customer support confirmed it has hardware failure. I wanted to reset the computer before returning it but it keeps bringing up error messages saying it cannot be factory reset. Very sad because it was nice while it lasted.
