Excellent product

Light, easy to setup and so far works great.

Works perfectively.

I bought this specifically b/c it was listed as having the Windows 10 operating system. During set-up, it automatically upgraded to Windows 11 without providing an option for remaining with 10. I didnt want 11.

Lax of connections for more than a few USB ports.

After going back and forth with vendor got the machine running. He/she sent use several work arounds to get Windows installed but all failed. We finally called Windos support and after more than an hour they got it fixed. The vendor was slow in responding to my concerns. It took us a month to get it working.

Needed a All in One Computer, this one works great, and is easy to move etc :)

A great value for my money. The screen is huge and it’s very easy to hook up.
