> 24 hourThe only con I can describe is the lack of high speed graphics. This is not the computer for gaming, despite the 10th Generation Core I7 microprocessor. Flight Simulator 2020 was unuseable. This is definitely NOT a gaming computer, despite its I7. Terrible for gaming graphics.

> 24 hourOne aspect I really liked was that it was very easy to setup and restore files from my old PC. The AIO is very appealing to the eye, and boots up fast (I have the 16GB model). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the camera quality is average, and with everyone spending more time with virtual meetings its too bad HP didnt incorporate a top-notch camera (I would have paid extra for this). I dont use the touch screen feature and would rather have a higher definition camera, otherwise Im very happy with my AIO!

> 24 hourAfter using the computer for 5 months, and never having to use the power button, we shut it down and then tried to use the right rear button to turn it on. Of course it did not work. Not having any written documentation, we called HP support and spent literally an hour with the tech on the phone before we figured out that we were pressing the wrong button. Made us feel like idiots, but is there any reason that HP has to hide this button completely from view with no indication on the faceplate that it is there. They could even put a note on the rear screen adjustment button that says wrong button you idiot- try the other side.

> 24 hourI set-up this computer a couple of days ago. Its features and components far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I knew ahead of time I needed to buy an external DVD/CD drive, which wasnt a big deal. The graphics are great, the speed is amazingly fast, the sound quality is wonderful, and you can easily tilt the computer to your viewing needs. The camera/video internal platform is on the top of the computer and you can pull it up when you want to use and back down when you are finished. Otherwise, you can leave it up all the time if you so desire. It has, I believe, like 5 USB ports. It also has built-in Alexa, which a plus. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourSetup was straight-forward. I had a little difficulty with the Microsoft 365, since my account was with GoDaddy, but a Microsoft technician helped me get it straightened out. I keep forgetting it has the touch screen, and Im reluctant to touch the screen and get it dirty, but it seems to work fine. Im so used to using a mouse, I forget I have options. I havent disconnected my old computer yet, but I look forward to having extra room on my desk without a tower taking up space. I havent used the camera--maybe if we go to lockdown again and I have Zoom meetings Ill give it a try.

> 24 hourHe loves it, however it is white. I wouldn’t have bought white, but he says that he can read the keyboard easier. Large size.
