> 24 hourThe product is advertised as an HP 2XN62AA 27-inch monitor, which is what I wanted. I was sent an HP 2G3GD3AA 27-in monitor. Similar, but not the same. Will be returning due to false advertising

> 24 hourIf you’re planning to use this for work, I wouldn’t recommend. Backlight bleed + grainy + poor refresh rate + extremely cheap build quality + bad color reproduction And a pathetic build. You will be made to feel that you went cheap. I fear the cables might melt with prolonged use. It’s okay to be used as a home use monitor With minimal use such as paying bills, watching a film Basically anything that doesn’t involve sitting close to the screen. I bought this as a second monitor Have an asus Proart curved QHD 34” I returned this and ended up buying a Dell ultra sharp 4k Expensive investment (which I was hoping I wouldn’t have to make) but end of the day, my eyes are safe.

> 24 hourcant turn down the brightness or contrast. They are stuck at 90. Can go up to 100 but not down. No answers beyond download a new driver or try the generic driver on HPs support forum. PRO: 2 hdmi ports, thin bezel CON: brightness issue mentioned above. being able to raise or lower the monitor would be nice
