This product works fine. For $245.00 it should. I tried a knock off brand cartridge for a FRACTION of the cost. but it wouldnt display the levels, so I returned it. The price for this is absurd.

Long lasting product, great color until the end.

I like the ease of using the HP replacement cartridges, great print quality and longevity.

Why proprietary cartridges are needed for HP printers is beyond me! No other company has this problem. The price is right, because it works. I have tried other much less expensive brands and they simply don’t work because HP doesn’t recognize anything else and you can’t override it!

I paid for a genuine HP toner ($258.89) and found when I installed it that it is used and not a genuine HP cartridge. I wondered why it wasnt in the usual box and I should have been more diligent before I needed to install it, but I feel very cheated by this. A reconditioned cartridge should not cost as much as a new cartridge.

The toner was as expected and worked great

I tried using non-OEM cartridges to save money, but after getting incredibly frustrated trying to remove the chip from the old cartridge and installing it into the replacement, I decided it wasnt worth it. The ink monitor being inaccurate with the fake cartridges is also frustrating. The price for these is outrageous, but my time and sanity are valuable. so Ill suck it up.
