I would like to return this cartridge. It does not FIT!

Completely genuine product that worked perfectly in my 8620 printer.

When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.

this price is good on these cartridges. I have had my HP 8500 for a year, I print A LOT and these cartridges last awhile. They are not apt to dry out. That is about all you can say- recommend :)

Our business bought 14 XL cartridges for our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers last Aug 9th, 2017. It is not uncommon for us to stock up on supplies, so this entire order was not utilized until just last week. EVERY SINGLE CARTRIDGE is bad. None of our printers recognize these bad cartridges! This was an order that was fulfilled by Amazon directly/Amazon Prime. Of course - we are past the return window so we are out $303.86 and have 14 full XL cartridges that will not work in any of our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers. I see other recent feedback from others stating the same issue. How can this be allowed?
