Needed ink

I installed the ink cartridge and the printer stopped working. As of this review, still is not working. Appears bad cartridge. No returns once opened. This one screwed me.

No problems, product as described and as expected.

We never have problems with HP printers or their original ink replacements.

My Sept 2017 order must have been a bad batch -- or was NOT an XL and was mislabeled. The cyan only lasted 2 months where XL colors usually last at least 5 months. I am hoping the replacement XL I purchased later will last at least 5 months, or I will have to stop buying from Amazon and go back to the big box office supply store. Very disappointed and feel like I was ripped off.

Not Amazons fault but - Its way too expensive but what ya gonna do? Highway robbery! Shame on you HP!

Yup - its ink. Expensive but it works. If it were cheaper I would have given it 5 stars. I suppose HP has to make its money somehow though since they basically give their printers away.

HP Inkjet refills are pretty expensive. And theyve put all these chips and software to test to see if it really is an HP cartridge. I tried a *lot* of OEM brands, most of which worked ok and were about 1/2 the cost of HP, but Ive come around to simply buying the real thing.
