HP has uploaded software on their printers that renders the ink purchased on Amazon useless. I purchased an ink jet printer, Officejet PRO 8620, years ago and it has worked well. I purchased HP ink refills from Amazon last year and it worked fine. I then purchased HP ink refills the same way and the printer gave me an error that says the ink cartridges will not work with this printer. HP changed my printer without my permission and made it useless. I will never buy another HP product again. Also, I returned the ink cartridges to Amazon in October, they confirmed that they were received and as of this date, 12/17/18, I still have not been refunded my money. So, Amazon is complicity in this shake down as well.

Hard to review an OEM product as they work as expected, so great in that respect. Supplier which was not Amazon directly got the product delivered on time. It was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Need I say more?

Well worth it.

The cartridge arrived in time advised, it is a back up so i have not needed to put it to use yet.

It is always to expensive for HP ink, but it is the going market rate, unfortunately!

Great products, the BEST printers. Getting tempted to get refills, as my printer gets older, as cartridges are SO pricey. Price was the only reason I didnt award 5 stars.

Ive had excellent luck with HP ink over the last 10-12 years, and only got burned when trying to save a couple bucks by using cheapo ink. The quality of HP ink is very good.

do yourself a favor. Take your deskjet and office space it. Smash that machine to pieces and get a Printer that only does black and white.
