All I can say is that I have simply never had a problem with genuine HP ink. No damaged cartridges. No leaks. No streaks. No drying out. Ive been tempted to try the off brands to save money, but from what I can tell, its a crap shoot as to whether youll get a high quality cartridge, with high quality ink, that wont give you problems at some point. Id rather stick with what has always worked reliably for me. The XL cartridges do last a long time too. . I have 3 HP printers in my home network (one for each floor so were not having to run upstairs or downstairs to print), and I keep a stash of ink cartridges so I never run out. Works for me.

I do not like the high price of genuine HP cartridges, but generic cartridges just do not measure up. The HP printer gives you a hard time for not using genuine cartridges, they don’t clink into place as solidly when you install them, the genuine HP cartridges print higher quality and last longer.

Exactly what it was supposed to be and so convenient to have delivered. Easier than Best Buy

Great Ink, last a very long time. This is the reason why I continue to buy HP!

Bought all 3 color cartridges new and they do not work. Printer rejects them and says they are older generation cartridge. They have exactly the same structure as the existing cartridges. Not clear what the issue is yet all new cartridges report this error.
