> 24 hourThe computer kept crashing. It started during the return period but we tried updating software but it was a BIOS problem. It was now pass the Amazon return window. I had to contact HP. Its almost 2 months since I bought the PC and just got the box to return it to HP. So I don’t a have a computer and I’m out the cash I paid for the PC. I had purchased another HP since which I had to return when it too kept crashing.

> 24 hourUpdate: Because of the bad camera design, the camera itself now has a loose wiring connection and doesnt work reliably. This issue has been happening for several months, but I cant just pack up my computer and take it in to be fixed because its still being used as a WFH machine. So, Im now faced with the frustrating choice of presenting a black screen during videoconferences or purchasing a separate secondary web cam. Definitely not ideal. The lag in CPU performance can usually be managed by using Firefox for my browser instead of Chrome. Not an optimal situation, but workable. Conclusion? Find a better designed option!

> 24 hourAfter 11 years I finally replaced my home computer! My employer updates the work laptop regularly so that’s probably why I waited so long. Lol Going from Windows Vista/7 to this is a significant upgrade so I can’t be more pleased with my purchase. I chose this one based on price alone because I don’t really understand the specifications between models. But this is perfect for what I do on my home computer. Shopping, email, social media and Netflix. Now I just need to get a new printer and purchase the Microsoft software for writing and spreadsheets. Guess what casual users…You no longer have to spend a ton of money for a nice computer like we did back in the day. I guess I’m good for another long stretch.

> 24 hourI love that everything is integrated (speakers, camera, etc.), so theres less wires. The only 2 things that are not-so-great (but not a deal-breaker) are: 1) the connections are in the back of the PC, and there are only 2 USB slots (the older kind), so Ive had to use a small hub for my USBs; and 2) the screen can be tilted, however, you cant raise it to another height. Are these things deal breakers? No. I highly recommend this computer. I needed a larger screen than the last one (call me old fashioned), cause I have an online store, and I need to clearly see the quality of my products photos. I also make lots of videos for same.
