> 24 hourThis was replacing a 5+ year old laptop for me so anything new was going to feel fast, but this laptop checks all the boxes for me. I dont do anything very taxing on it but it is very snappy for web browsing, word processing, and even some light photo editing. It is very thin and lightweight and has good battery life. Personally I dont find the 360 tablet mode very useful as it feels awkward to hold since the keyboard flips around the back of the screen but the mode works fine if youre into that. Only problem Ive had with it was the fingerprint scanner stopped working after a forced update, but I was able to revert back to the previous fingerprint scanner driver and have no problems since.

> 24 hourBought this laptop for my son, who is a college student and was interested in a touchscreen laptop. After 3 weeks, the touchscreen stopped working along with the touchpad, gyroscopic driver, and keyboard. After countless hours of talking to customer service from HP and even letting them have remote-access, they simply do not want to help. In addition, they kept telling me about the raving reviews they had for the laptop. Well, looks like Im writing the first review. After this debacle, I wouldnt recommend this product or company to any of my fellow Amazon customers. Please consider purchasing a different laptop from a different company who will actually provide decent service.

> 24 hourIt’s missing some of the features of the newer HP Envy models sold in stores like Best Buy, but it’s a little cheaper. It doesn’t have a camera kill switch or a adjustable keyboard light, and it has an anti-skid pad across the top front which is a bit unappealing. However, it’s a serviceable mid range laptop. Works in terms of not being trapped in Windows 10 S. It also has decent battery life (5ish hours of streaming on battery before dropping under 10%). Reliable, but not lightning fast. If you’re interested in gaming, it can run some older games just fine; Diablo 3 ran well at typical settings, Starcraft 2 ran, but was ugly.

> 24 hourVery nice used laptop, works well. The mouse pad sensitivity may be a little worn out it takes a firm touch but I bought a wireless mouse which is more comfortable to use anyways. The touchscreen itself works very well. I am enjoying the computer, I bought it mainly to use Photoshop and it has a great screen for digital art. I liked the price for this quality of computer.
