> 3 dayFirst off, within the first 3 days of buying this, whenever i tab out of a game in full screen my whole screen goes black. eventually the problem went away so i didnt think too much of it. Recently, in game ive been lagging, teleporting, spiking, you name it. I called amazon customer support and they said we had to contact hp so we also did. Then, they said it was a software issue and told us to buy a technicians help so we did and weve called them multiple times with no pick up. Currently on hold for more than 2 hours. After, i called hp customer support and when i explained what happened they said i had to pay another $200 to fix it and after talking for a bit longer they hung up on me.

> 3 day4.5 stars. Ive had the computer a few weeks now and it has worked very well after some trouble getting it to recognize an additional HD. That was my issue, not computers. Only negative is no bay to install an optical drive

> 3 dayMy son bought this with his birthday money. Waited a whole week for it to come. Once it came he opened it only to find just the PC itself. We did not receive the power supply cord, keyboard, or mouse. I contacted Amazon and they were only able to offer a refund and I’d have to send it back. They did not have a replacement available. I then contacted HP who was unable to help because I purchased through Amazon. Overall the PC runs good and graphics are good. Just disappointed that I had to go buy the other parts in order for him to use it.

> 3 dayI got this pc for Christmas, and I am a first time PC owner. And not owning a pc before I was looking for a cheap but good pc, and I found this, It runs all of my games with high fps and good graphics. Ive had It for about 5 months now and Im going to start upgrades!
