HPS Performance (HTSVH8-BLK) 5/16 (8mm) ID Black High Temperature Silicone Vacuum Hose, 3mm Wall Thickness, 40 psi Maximum Pressure, 1 Length

I tried to place an order for this item twice and both times I received only 12 of hose. After contacting Amazon the first time, they issued a credit and sent another hose. Sure enough, another 12 section of hose showed up 2 days later. After a 2nd phone call to Amazon, they re-sent another hose that Im currently waiting on. Both Amazon customer service reps agreed that the product title AND description state that it SHOULD BE 5 FEET long, not 12 inches. The second representative stated that if I receive the incorrect length a 3rd time, theyll investigate the matter further and stop selling the product for a brief time until the investigation is complete. Its a hassle because for every wrong length of hose they send me, I have to print their label, take the package to work, and mail it. Another anomaly surfaced when I clicked on my orders to write this review. I found that the price of this product went up to $17 (for a foot of hose?), its no longer Prime eligible, and the product is now being processed by a third party. WTF?

Buyer beware, the black AND blue HPS 8mm x 5 silicone vacuum hose only comes as a 1 segment not as the 5 as per the description. DO NOT BUY THIS!
