> 24 hourI bought these to replace a pair I somehow lost. quick delivery, easy pairing, sound good so far. My only gripe is the earbuds. They arrived with medium size ones installed. I like the smaller set. Its damn near impossible to replace the earbuds. Most headsets use a round speaker thats easy to replace. These do not; it is a weird shape. Because my left arm is not usable, replacing them doesnt appear to be an option. This was my only real gripe. However, I bought these on 5/25/23. I am returning them two weeks later because they would not power on. I tried for three days to get these to power on, not happening. I even left them on the charger overnight. Nothing happened.

> 24 hourI ordered the HTC 2023 New Neckband Headphones primarily for when working out in the yard or working out. When I tried them on I listened to several type of music; Classical, Rock, Punk, Heavy Metal, Electronic, Hip Hop etc. as well as for phone calls. Pros: - Sound quality was good for all types of music. - Flexible neck band, it doesnt seem to shift around on my neck as much as the headphone with rigid neck bands. - Auto pause when the ear pieces are magnetically connected (when not in your ears). - Controls are easy to use and similar to most of the headphones I have used, so were easy to learn. - Bluetooth paired almost instantly when I first turned them on. - Works well with phone. Cons: - They dont have active noise cancelling, but that is not one of the listed features, just something I would like to have. Overall this is a good neckband headphone that I recommend.

> 24 hourI have never EVER been able to use earbuds, for some reason or another. Wireless ones, one always falls out and gets lost forever. Wired ones are just never comfortable or the wire gets in the way of me doing something else. These are the perfect compromise to that. And theyre comfortable. The sound on them isnt BOSE quality or AirPod quality, but its WAY better than a cheap pair of earbuds. Its probably Anker quality. The price point might be a little high for what they are, but I dont know, Im happy with them because they are perfect for the needs I have of them. I would definitely purchase these again. I do like that they have their own controls on the neck piece, but I dont use them enough to really memorize those yet.

> 24 hourMusic Quality: MUCH better than the MPOW Jaws that I am replacing. Tons of clean, balanced low end. Mids are clean. High end is lacking a bit of brilliance, but not enough to be a real problem. Vocals are much clearer. Very Balanced. Not harsh. Metal to Space Ambient it all sounds great! Some reviews say there is a high pitched sound. Well, I have Tinnitus, so I hear a high pitched ring all the time LOL. With the earpieces in I think the effect is magnified because the ambient noise is reduced. I could not detect any additional noise being added however. EDIT: After using for a while I could hear some faint digital noise in the left earpiece only, but only when totally silent. But it could be at the host/source device and not necessarily generated by the headphones. Volume Level: There may be some headphones that produce a higher volume level, but I think these will be ok for mowing the lawn etc. But they seemed just a bit on low side. Range: Excellent. Had phone inside house by the window and I was able to walk 75 feet away with a shed in between before it started to drop out. This will vary depending on the source Bluetooth host. But it seems the best compared to others Ive tried over the years. Speech Quality: A definite improvement over my previous headphones. Phone Quality Incoming: Clean clear audio, adequate levels. Phone Outgoing Quality with integrated microphone: It seems to have very good sensitivity. The downside is it may pick up surrounding noises adversely. The audio quality has only slighty less frequency range (top end) than the microphone in the phone (which is quite good). Once again a bit improvement over the MPOW Jaws, which had very low level. Ergonomics: Initially they seem to fit well, and come with two other ear bud cushion sizes. The earbuds are on the heavy side and extreme physical activity might tend to work them out of the ears. The neck band works well and is a superior design to most as it stays anchored while walking. I Mowed the lawn wearing these and they stayed in ok. Audio level was loud enough. They started to get a little uncomfortable due to the size of the bulgy section of the earphones. I dont think these will work for side sleepers or smaller ears for example. If you just have one earphone in theres no place to park there other and it just flops around. That was the great thing about the Mpow Jaws. I wish they all would use that magnetic docking system like the Mpow. To me that it the biggest annoyance of this headset, and have to take off a star for it. Edit: I actually modified mine so that I could dock one or both earphones when not in use, see photo. I dont recommend anyone trying it though it was tricky carving out the plastic on the bottom left side. The plastic frame splits opens some and provides the clamping force to hold them securely. Buttons (4) are easy to find and press. Weird that the volume up and down arent grouped next to each other though. The manual shows a reject call but not an answer call function. Maybe it has this, Ill have to test further. Special Features: When you want to take a break from listening to a YouTube video, for example, just pop out the earbuds and stick together with the magnets in the earbuds, and the BT goes into standby, and the Video Playback pauses. (I was testing via Firefox browser on Android for reference). Separating and putting back in your ears results in the BT connecting and playback resumes automatically, although it can take a few extra seconds. Kinda cool! Power can be manually turned off and on with the button. Audio Latency Turbo Boost: Pressing and holding the top button for a couple seconds toggles this mode. It plays the sound of a high performance engine starting up to let you know it is in turbo mode I guess lol. According to the manual it is supposed to enable low latency for gaming. The low end audio quality seemed tighter / better defined, but I dont think its supposed to affect audio quality. Could just be my imagination. Ill have to test latency differences with a visually synchronized video. Battery Low Behavior: A quiet beep once a minute. This continues for ten minutes or so then it shuts down with four descending pitch beeps. Would prefer it went off silently but no mfg seems to get that some people like to go to sleep wearing headphones. Like all Ive tried, the low battery beep interrupts the audio. Beep, then silence, then music or phone call resumes. I really wish it would mix with the content instead. Battery life: Based on testing it seems it should get though a day with moderate to heavy usage. Aesthetics: I got the green ones and they look good except for the shiney gold tips. Gaudy looking. Ill probably just use a Sharpie on those. (Edit: per the egonomics section, I removed them entirely) If you can snag the $34 deal then I think these are worth it. Overall Id recommend. No real fatal flaw, excellent music quality, range and adequate battery life.

> 24 hourMy headphones sounded fine and had all 3 sets of earbuds so I could size them for comfort. Unfortunately, out of all my Bluetooth audio devices (4), these have the worse reception. I just can use them for my daily routine. If I walk more than 10 feet away from my computer, the audio cuts out. For that reason, I havent used them much and cant rate the battery life.

> 24 hourLots to like about this handy bluetooth headset! Great styling, clever engineering, convenient design features and easy controls. The battery charged very quickly - the headset arrived with a substantial charge on it, so I think my experience with charging was due to the battery being near capacity when I received it. The USB-C charging port is cleverly hidden behind the chromed cap on the right-side of the neck band (the side with the control buttons). I like that the neckband has a movable strain-relief loop on each side of the band that also holds the earbud cables - this can be adjusted to reduce the amount of free cord that would otherwise be flopping around as you wear these. While wearing the earbuds, it is easy to take or make a call, send a voice text, or record a voice message (using Siri). I assume that voice control would work similarly with an Android device. Sound quality is very good, with good bass response and good reproduction of the mids and highs. Overall, Im very happy with this bluetooth headset, and I am glad to have received it. I had no problems or issues with my set and it is easy to recommend these for anyone - would make a great gift for anyone!

> 24 hourI wanted these because I like the form factor more than wireless buds. But theyre mediocre sounding and have a high-pitched noise on the left side. Have to return.

> 24 hourI like these headphones but I am experiencing the same high pitched/static noise. Noise existed out of the box. Going to have to return.

> 24 hourI got these because they reminded me of the old LG Tones from the 2010s, and my partner loved them. He likes how if he is hiking or running he doesnt have to worry about an earbud falling our of his ear and onto the ground. The only issue is that when hes not wearing them, and the earbuds come apart. They turn on and the battery drains completely, and play music if close to the paired phone, and drain the phones battery too. So you must be careful to store them in a way the earbuds dont separate.

> 24 hourSave your time and money, these are the worse headphones Ive ever had. The first pair quit working on the left side after a couple hours. The second wouldnt stay connected, nobody could hear your clearly, and sound is really tinny. I thought I would try a name brand headset for a change the off brands are better for half the cost. Its to bad they dont let you go below 1 star.
