A small mat works well with a heat press, protecting your surface from heat. Great for smaller projects

I liked that it is made especially for hand heat press. I bought a HTV Ront heat press. To use to press on vinyl designs on to fabric items. Shirts, Jeans, bags etc. I used this pad to protect my table that I use to create things on. I have a Fold away for using with ironing and cutting fabric to use when sewing. I tried it without the heat press pad and the HTV Ront heat press was just a little too hot for that. I am glad I purchased this pad as I can now go up to the temperature that I need for applying iron on vinyl to fabrics. Nice size 11.5x11.5 I will use this every time I heat press. Check out my pictures and what I used to iron on my vinyl design. Cat and star in the moon.

Design: 5/5 This Heat Press Mat is large enough to be use to press a tag-less print but small enough to easily insert it in a shirt! Weight: 5/5 It is very light! Convenient: 4/5 Size and finish works well with my standard heat press and warm-peel vinyl. Material: 4/5 Seems to be durable as the color remains vibrant and I havent noticed any color fade. Water Resist: N/A I dont wanna test this sorry Overall if you need a portable and reliable heat press mat then this is it. But if you want something larger, nope this is not it. And I gave 5 starts because this design it works for me and so far I have not encountered any issues with it.

This item works really well for my use. I dont use it as an extra pressing mat; instead I use it as a mousepad to essentially lift up an area for easier pressing. It seems to work really well for me but the only drawback is that the material that this mat is made out of tends to stick to the fabric. Its essentially cloth on cloth and will create friction and stick to the fabric. If one side was made of polyester or something to allow easier sliding, I would like it a lot more.

As long as you clean it first it is great. Leaves a gray residue.

This mat is a good replacement if you have the htvront heat press machine.
