Works well, but drain battery fast! Typically, it lasts 6 to 7 hours for me!

Poor batter. Empties after short time. Wifi signal very weak.

Fantastic product. Worked really well during my India trip. The battery doesnt last longer. Have to frequently charge it every 3 hrs, other than that no complaints. speed is way better than traditional mobile hotspot sharing. overall really liked it.

Before I purchased the device I contacted Bell who was my wireless provider who then confirmed yes this would work on Bell. However when I purchased and brought device into store to get set up with EMEI number they informed me it was not compatible. I have now switch all devices including this hotspot to Rogers and works great. So yes works in Canada on Rogers. I love the Wi-Fi repeater feature to save data and then cellular when no wifi.

At first, this little device worked as expected. But within the first week of charging it overnight and using it throughout the day with 2 tablets and 2 phones connected, I noticed that it was getting really hot. So hot that I could feel it against my body when it was inside my purse! I was afraid to use it in case it exploded and was corrosive. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they refused to send a replacement battery or issue a refund. I have been attempted to get my money back and ultimately had to file an A-Z guarantee. The seller required me to ship it back to them, which is not allowed. Then before they would get a label to me, they demanded the exact weight and dimensions of the box, which is 0.3oz so it’s so light that UPS said they will round up to 1lb because that’s their system’s minimum weight. Since that’s not the same, the seller has still not issued a label for me to send the device back. It’s absolutely insane how much effort I’ve had to put in to getting my money back for a defective product!!! This has been going on for over 6 months!
