It was a bit hard to set up. Downloaded the app and it had a hard time connecting to the device. Once connected, it wasnt able to connect to network. I wondered if that was the reason why I had so much trouble connecting via the App. After some research, found out that this item is not compatible with Google Fi. I thought it did. Seems like a nice item, just wished it was compatible. I like that it is small and compact. Great size for traveling.

ME LLEGÓ EL ARTICULO Y TUVE QUE PAGAR 25 EUROS DE ADUANAS PARA RECIBIRLO , CUANDO LO ABRÍ NO TENIA CONEXION PARA LA ANTENA Y TUVE QUE DEVOLVERLO A ESTADOS UNIDOS Y PAGAR YO MISMO LOS PORTES... NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. MUY INSATISFECHO

I got my device. No sim card and no info on a sim card. No one can tell me which sim car will even work with this hot spot.

It is easy to set up and great WiFi coverage! Works very well!

I had to return it. It didnt hold a charge. Very disappointing.
