this case is the real deal

Received my hulkman case with one of the zippers missing. The zipper wasn’t anywhere in the box which leads me to below that it broke off prior to packaging. The strap was also sewn off center. Poor quality control on this one but I reordered so hopefully I have better luck on the next.

False advertising. Saying it will run an air compressor when it shuts off after 30 lbs.

Edit 8/12/21: Customer Service reached out to me and are sending me a replacement. I did not ask for this, nor expect it, so it has been a very pleasant surprise. You simply cant ask for better customer service than this. Thank you. 5 Star for the customer service and the new product. Ill update if I notice the same issue, but I dont believe I will. Knock on wood. Im not as impressed by the capacity. Used it a few times to start a 2008 VW R32 with a low battery and it uses nearly 20% of a full charge. That seems like an awful lot for the rating of this product. That said, I will only get 5 starts out of it and Im only starting a little 3.2L VR6 engine. I think Id probably shop around for a different brand, because I know many people who use portable jumpers that are this same rating and they can start full size trucks and use less per jump.

Great quality. Uses about 4% charge each jumpstart . Charges back quickly with plug in.

Holds the Hulkman charger with power cords and cables. Durability is perfect for throwing it into the trunk and forget it. Just think it should have been part of the purchase of the charger or atleast an option to get it then at a discount, thats the only reason for 4 stars.
