> 3 dayI have run a number of marathons and half marathons . This is my go to fuel. I have tried lots of others but come back to Huma gel. It doesnt give me the GI issues like some and the caffeine gives me the energy I need. Im in my sixties and find that I have to refuel more often than I used . This is the best energy gel for me.
