Humminbird AS GPS HS Precision GPS Receiver with Heading Sensor,

Seems to be extremely accurate and starts up and finds satellites very quickly. The heading sensor is nice so when I have the map set to heading-up it doesnt spin when Im not moving.

This thing is amazing. When I mark brush piles its so easy to go right back to them even at slow speeds.

Works great with my Helix 7 on my trolling motor keeping my heading on point while I move direction with my trolling motor.

Bought this unit to increase the accuracy of my Solix 12 position information. Mounted it on a $25 Ram D VHF antenna mount (perfect thread match) about 18” in front of the motor on my bass boat. No interference problems. Am using it with the Solix Live Chart function to map the bottom of a historically significant bay in my area. Allows me to run parallel track with close spacing to insure full bottom coverage of my DI and SI collections.

This receiver is great for slow speed trolling and other slow speed use. For over 10 mph the receiver that comes with your unit works well.
