> 3 dayI was about to get the RK61 but got this instead since it was cheaper. After a few days of owning this product, I havent had any issues with it. I ordered mine with blue switches which are very clicky and a bit louder than other keycaps which isnt an issue for me. Overall, Im glad I found a cheaper alternative which exceeded my expectations.

> 3 dayI got blue switches, it feels and sounds very clicky, exactly what I was looking for. It also goes great with my setup. I might have gotten a defective product, but the wireless mode doesn’t work. It won’t connect to any devices wirelessly, but I might be doing something wrong so don’t take my word for it.

Greater than one weekIve waited a few months to tes before writing this review. Ive had the keyboard since September 2021 and Ive noticed in the past few months since Ive begun working full time that there are some really annoying issues. To start, this keyboard dies fairly quickly, even after turning off the RPG, after the first few months of use. Im barely able to make it through half the workday without needing to charge it the rest of the day. It defeats the purpose of it being wireless. Secondly, when connected to my Mac via charger the keys change. Im a writer so its extremely annoying when I select symbols on the keyboard and they dont match to my Macs keyboard setup. This issue only occurs when wired, which is half the time now considering how trash the battery life is. Lastly, its extremely confusing and nearly impossible to connect this keyboard to multiple devices. My laptops have the most difficult time even seeking the Bluetooth connect from this keyboard, and once its connected to one laptop its so difficult to use the other connections for another device. It took me searching the review comments to find out how to attempt to connect to other devices, but the bluetooth settings didnt work. Its a cute little keyboard with pretty RPG but for long-term use, especially for work (if you write pretty often) its really annoying. I dont see the key changing being an issue for gaming, but if you game for long sessions youll have to connect this keyboard to your computer anyway, defeating the purpose of it being Bluetooth.

07-06-2025This is my 1 month review of this keyboard and having used it almost everyday since receiving it and using it to type this review currently. Plain and simple this keyboard is the absolute best mechanical keyboard to purchase for the value. I originally discovered this keyboard after seeing it being reviewed on a Toasty Bros video and I did a good amount of research before deciding on this one. I personally chose the keyboard coming with Brown Switches as its my first mechanical keyboard and thought Browns would be a good middle ground. Ill be going over the Pros and why in my experience its the best. Pros: - Price : For $50 that is already a heck of a deal now throw in all the features it comes with and honestly its a steal. - RGB : You get a variety of different RGB effects that you can choose from and the brightness is very nice and bright, but you are able to adjust and lower it if needed. The colors are nice and vibrant not over the top in your face or too boring and barely there. The colors shine so clearly through the keycaps. Another reviewer explained how to go through the different effects and colors so I wont get into that, but the instructions also explain it pretty clearly. - Switches : You get a variety of Blue, Brown and Red Outemu Switches. If you have no idea about switches and keyboards just know that Blue means very loud and click clacky typing, Red means more silent and quiet typing and Brown is a middle ground not the loudest, but also not quiet more tactile. I personally chose Brown Switches and they sound and feel so nice. I love hearing the noise when I type and they feel so smooth and provide such a nice typing experience. Honestly it all comes down to preference in this department, but these switches are a big thumbs up. -Wired/Wireless: You can use this keyboard wirelessly through Bluetooth, which the connection is really fast and is just a simple On/Off switch at the bottom of the board. In Wireless mode in my experience it runs perfectly and I find no lag. Using this keyboard wired up is as simple as plugging in the white braided USB to USB-C cable and youre set to go as soon as your system recognizes the keyboard. In wired mode this also charges your keyboard for you. -KeyCaps: The keycaps feel really nice and smooth and allow for great shine through from the RGB. They do feel durable and you are able to switch them out for your preference of keycaps if you wish. -Size: This is 60% keyboard meaning the size is a lot more compact than a traditional keyboard and you dont have the top function row of keys as well as the number pad section. The bezels on this keyboard are really nice and slim adding to the look. You still have functionality of all the function keys through the help of the shift key and you have actual arrow buttons, which is a huge plus in my opinion. -Mac/Windows Friendly: I have used this keyboard with my Macbook and it worked perfectly and I also used this keyboard for my PC on Windows and again it worked flawlessly no matter what. Going Over Cons Other Reviewers Mentioned: - The location of the Question Mark: Yes the location of the question mark is not in the usual spot and is instead placed on the right end side under the Enter key. But honestly it really doesnt matter much to me nor do I say this is a con. Even if you have the strongest muscle memory for the question mark key location youll be fine and able to adjust. -Blue Light on Spacebar when wired in or charging: Yes when you have the keyboard plugged in to charge or using it wired the spacebar will have a small blue light flashing through the space key, but only through a thin short line. This is just to let you know that the keyboard is charging. I guess to some this can be annoying, but honestly I think thats just people trying to find a flaw or critique. It does not bother at all and unless youre staring at your keyboard nonstop while typing or in use then you wont notice it and it wont bother you. Overall I cant stress this enough for the price I truly believe you wont find anything better with such a feature packed keyboard. If youre brand new to mechanical keyboards I definitely recommend this keyboard 100%. In my experience it has been nothing short of amazing and Ive had no problems with it. It also comes with a keycap puller to switch the keycaps if needed and risers to elevate the keyboard for another position. As far as gaming goes I dont use a keyboard for video games as I play on controller, but I did use this keyboard one time to play Warzone and in my experience it felt great and responded well, definitely would say this could be used for gaming. Again buy this if you need a keyboard or are looking into getting into mechanical keyboards.
