> 24 hourThe Z-88 Pro is a great entry level mechanical keyboard that has surprisingly decent build quality for being such a budget level board. The case and plate are made from plastic and the keycaps are not pbt but still feel relatively good, the font is quite gamery but is still legible and decent looking. The rgb backlight is really well done on this board and I would say the light quality is comparable to that of a razer product, although it doesnt have the software customizability. The 75% layout allows you to keep the function row, and arrow keys while still being fairly small and leaving plenty of space for mouse movement. The outemu switches are a great budget switch and feel fairly decent, the outemu hot swap feature is quite nice and allows you to switch to browns or reds. Overall I would say that the Z-88 pro is a great entry mechanical keyboard and if you are looking for your first mechanical keyboard this would be a great option.

> 24 hourTheres alot to love about the HUO JI Z-88 PRO RGB mechanical keyboard. The layout is extremely compact yet fully functional. No sacrifices were made, and you dont feel like youre using a cramped, space saving keyboard. Arrow keys are default and do not require another layer to use them. The blue switches on the keyboard I ordered are on par with name brand switches, and dont produce a metallic ping sound as you type like many other generic switches and keyboards do. Compared to CherryMX Blue switches, these present with slightly less resistance required for actuation, which is typical for all generics. For generic switches, especially blues, these are stabilized better than most Ive used. The keyboard has a detachable USB-C to USB-A cable, which is another feature that allows it to stand out from the crowd among similarly priced keyboards. The keycaps used are fantastic - textured, PBT doubleshot with no chance of development a shine. The legend is pretty large, although very crisp and well suited for showcasing the RGB lighting effects. BOTTOM LINE: This keyboard really surprised me by having one of the most functional compact layouts I have seen so far. This, coupled with the fact that there is no ping sound as you type, and the detachable cable on an RGB keyboard with quality caps, make this a terrific choice for anyone looking for a mechanical keyboard that wont break the bank. Highly recommend it. 5-stars.

> 24 hourAgain e-yooso delivers a keyboard worth every dollar. Swap out some good switches and pbt caps and you have a board that rivals $120+ options. If they sold this board bare bones for $20 theyd make a killing. Ktt Kang white v3 linear switches Clipped and lubed stabs Bandaid and tape mods Poron switch pads.

> 24 hourThe space on my keyboard tray was being overtaxed by a keyboard that had, for me, an unnecessary numeric keypad. However, though Im not a gamer, I liked the other features of that keyboard, from the feel and sound of the keys to the backlighting features. This new keyboard has those as well as the space saving quality I needed, and so far performs just as well as my old one. Very satisfied.

> 24 hourThe keys on this keyboard are nice and solid. If youre looking for the clacking sound of the old fashioned keyboards, youll definitely get it here. Instead of being static, the colors cycle and flow across the keyboard. It looks really cool. I switched to this style because I never use the number pad. This way, the keyboard takes up a lot less desk space. Whats interesting is that this thing is on the heavy side. Not sure why. Not a big deal, it actually helps keep it from sliding around on the desk.

> 24 hourI have tested many keyboards over the past years and honestly this is one of my least favorite keyboards... usually I test a keyboard for about a week before I publish a review on it but I cannot even get through a day of work with this keyboard. The keys are way too stiff (nothing like original cherry blue or even clones) and they are not very responsive. Even as I type this review I constantly have typos and missing letters.... Unless I basically bottom out the keys the often do not respond and there is much more weight to these vs a standard blue key. I literally just took a blue key keyboard off my desk to try this one out just yesterday and it was nothing like this keyboard at all. As far as things like gaming.... its just a 0/5 because having non responsive keys or needing to bottom out full sized mechanical keys with long travel is horrible for gaming. For typing I literally write at around 30wpm on this vs 100+ WPM (on a slow day). The experience is horrible and also hurts my wrists because of how much I have to press the keys down in order to actually make sure they activate. The Backlight isnt too bright either... not that it really matters. The layout is kinda weight as pg Dn is right above the left arrow. However it is definitely something that can be gotten used to and I appreciate the inclusion of some keys in a small form factor. The addition of USB-C is nice too as I dont have to use their cable and if the cable breaks I can just get another one. I have tested other keyboards from this company before and they werent bad like this one is.... Overall they could have made something great with the right switches but these switches are just a no-go. The fact that they include extra ones in the package shows that the switch quality is not expected to be very high. Overall very uneven in terms of actuation distance and key stability. Just avoid it in its current state.... it is literally amazing to me to see other vine reviewers give this keyboard 4 or 5 stars and claim that these keys are ANYTHING like Original Cherry Blue Keys. They are not even like Blue Clone keys that come on some other smaller keyboard brands...

> 24 hourThis key board is very good for gaming, it is small so it doesnt take up your whole desk space or crowd your mouse. The main issue I had with it is that the wire was not long enough to reach my computer so I ended up having to buy a longer one. It comes with extra keys which is nice because you can easily replace one if it breaks.

> 24 hourThis is a colorful keyboard! It’s RGB with blue optical switches under the key caps. It also comes with extra mechanical switches. This keyboard is lightweight, which makes it portable and ideal for gaming. It has 14 different styles of colors for a fun gaming experience. This keyboard has a kickstand which helps elevate it to accommodate different positions of your wrist. This is a good choice for a keyboard and I recommend it with no reservations.
