One port stopped working in about two months and I only used the other port. Instruction manual says 24 month warranty with support email to contact....([email protected]). Email was returned undeliverable. Email address does not exist. Very not cool. (Update) I was able to contact the company with the Help button next to the order in my order history. An automated chat opened and I followed the choices.... (Help: Other: Warranty:) Then Amazons messaging system popped up to send my request to the company. The response was within a day or two and a replacement was promised to arrive in 4 days.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20. Not only did I have to change out all of my old charging cables to ones that will fit this phone, but all of my existing chargers didnt have the ability to fast charge it. I have a tendency to hold on to old technology for way too long. Anyway, my biggest fear was getting an off-brand charger that would possibly damage this phone. Since it has been eight years or possibly longer since I shopped for a car charger for a cell phone, I am completely unaware of reputable brand names. As usual, before making a purchase, I research the different brands, functions, costs, and most importantly, look at the reviews. I never heard of Hussell but, based on the number of excellent ratings it received not only on Amazon but elsewhere, I decided to take the plunge. I received the charger in just a couple of days, and am so happy I decided to purchase this one. It appears to be extremely well made and slid into the cigarette lighter with ease. I have only had it for a short time but, so far, it doesnt appear to be sliding out on its own...its held in tightly. I have yet to do a full charge with it, but the few times I have used it, the phone indicates that it is fast charging and it doesnt take long at all to reach a full charge. Theres no doubt that this is a solid charger that should last for years to come. I highly recommend.

This is the most well-built and compact fast charger I have ever had the pleasure to use. Ive been using it in my hunting truck since it arrived, and its been exceeding my expectations the whole time. It charges excellently, putting out more than enough power to keep two modern smartphones fully charged through a full day of constant use (one as an always on dash-mounted GPS/dashcam, the other in the passengers hands as a GPS used for picking routes). It never rattles its way out of the port, even on the roughest of back roads, and yet it slides out easily when you want it to. On top of an excellent product, the HUSSELL team are amazing people. When I opened the box, I found a card that congratulated me for my purchase and offered me a second copy of the item completely free of charge. The card said they put one of these cards in every 50th box. Unfortunately, the team responded that they couldnt send it to Canada. Im well aware that what that actually means is that the shipping rates from the US to Canada are simply way too high for them to send something for free outside of the Amazon shipping system, because thats 100% true. Instead they informed me that they would send me a full refund so that I could order a second charger if I wanted to. I would never hesitate to buy HUSSELL products in the future.

Nice small dual charger, it provides plenty of power to charge a tablet. Gave four stars because its difficult to pull out of the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot. The edge is rounded out, so its difficult to grip and remove from the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot. I cannot use in my old 2004 325i, because power is always supplied to the power lighter slot. Anything plugged into the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot will drain the vehicles battery, especially if the battery is weak. I can use in my newer vehicle, because the power to the 12 volt cigarette lighter slot is turned off when vehicle is off. Therefore, I can leave the charger plugged into the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot without worry that my vehicles battery would drain.

This is the first 12v. to USB device Ive used that lives up to its advertising. Conservatively, I have used/tried many adapters over the 20+ years, but none were as powerful as this one. It is the only one that I have used that will fast charge both of my Samsung units at the same time....S9+ & Tab4. The only very minor downside is that the unit is so small that it is difficult to insert to & remove from the 12v. sockets. Since the industry no longer caters to the smokers, the lack of a convenient lighter socket keeps getting more difficult to use.

I was tired of my old car charger taking so long to charge my phone. I ordered the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 Car Charger by HUSSELL and am very happy with it. Much smaller than my old one and charges my Samsung phone very quickly. Plus, I received a certificate in the box entitling me to a second one for free. As I remember, every 500th order receives the certificate. So now I have two, one for me and one for my son. I highly recommend this product.

I received my new HUSSELL car charger and immediately ran out to my car to see the charging quality. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10. The phone was charging at Fast Charging pace and the more it charged the shorter the time got exponentially. The quality of the build of this product is very impressive. It is a slightly heavier in the hand which is a nice change from the feather light products we usually get that feel like youre going to break them when you plug then in our take them out of the car outlet. It has a low profile which is another great option especially because I have a smaller car and space is at a premium. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I feel it is a quality product and will last for many years when used properly.

The shipping was fast even tho the pandemic has slowed Amazon down some. The product comes in a recyclable box which to most don’t matter but it does to me. It’s the little things that count. It’s made of good material it feels heavy so you know they didn’t skimp. It works really well. I took a 10 mins drive and got a good charge out of it. Oh and if you decide to ride in someone else’s car it’s compact and easy to travel. I recommend this product to everyone.

This is my second Hussell auto phone charger. Originally, a year ago, I purchased a dual with one USB port with Qualcomm Fast charging, and the other port for an iPhone. This one, has both ports Qualcomm fast charging capable, and able to recharge an iPhone, too. I have Samsung Galaxy S9+, and my wife has an iPhone 6S+. My phone recharges amazingly fast and the notification shows fast charging. The iPhone is recharged fast, as well. The primay point to remember, the term fast charging is subjective. If you have a Qualcomm fast charging technology phone, you want to be sure you buy a recharger that has Qualcomm fast charging technology! Simply saying fast charging means nothing in my opinion. The only point I wish Hussell would clarify, is how much battery drain does the charger has if simply left in the socket without any devices connected? I suspect very little to virtually none, but it would be nice to know. Less than the cars digital clock or car alarm? Again, it would be nice to know.

While it charges relatively fine, not super fast as advertised it keeps popping out of the cigarette port due to the bevel design atvthe edge it is a big flaw. The are better options that would not have this problem. It is very annoying.
