Hydration and added carbs for post workout! What a phenomenal idea! Usually Im chugging water and downing a pixie stick or two post workout to give that fast acting glucose to recharge my muscles! Now I can kill two birds with one stone!

I absolutely love everything about this product - the flavor, test, size and results. I sometimes use it as my pre-workout drink and typically burn as extra 50 to 100 calories. Sometimes, I use it for carbs and hydration post workout.

This is the best tasting pre/post workout I’ve tried. It also gave me back SO much energy even after my hardest workouts. Definitely coming back for more, can’t recommend enough!

As someone who has been working out for the past 4-5 years and has falling in and out of love with various supplements, I have finally found my home!!! EPN does it again with these hydra carbs. I had never had anything like it and maybe it exists with other brands-but I truly have never seen it advertised other than with them, which is another example of how incredible this brands products are!!!! They are unique in their approach and I never feel as if Im purchasing unnecessary items. We all know that feeling after spending too much money for a product that barely works or even tastes good- and how much of a let down that can be. Hydra carb not only gave me the most incredible pump- but it tastes SO much better than anything on the market AND you get SO MUCH BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. I literally couldnt believe the package when it came in. There is soooo much of it to last you and thats just another reason why I feel at home with EPN. They are looking to make you quality products that last- and as someone who is trying to finally pay attention to carbs, marcos, etc, that means so much! I went on a 5 hour hike in the desert in 90 degree weather and I felt much better after drinking this electrolyte supplement. The flavor is excellent and it gave me a much needed recovery, no side effects and just perfect for me. Thank you EPN Supplements!

I love the flavor - and I actually use this during my workouts. Great to maximize recovery from a hard workout - better than eating gummy bears. ;-P
