I dont usually like artificial watermelon. Im super picky bout it. But this is a nice not too sweet ripe melon. I make it pretty strong since i sip on it at work and its great. Havent had any cramps the days i bring it (if i only drink water at work i get cramps lol) so i can only assume its workin for me. I dont think id rebuy, i really like the flavor but i have others i like more with more servings for bout the same price.

This Amino Acid blend taste pretty good, at least the watermelon, and helps with recovery during or after workouts. The serving size is pretty average and doesnt seem like to much or too little. This powder is a little chalky and you might have to add more water than recommended to blend it better. Overall, good product for the money and I recommend this product.
