The purchase was great for its intended purpose. Negative? Not large enough nor thick enough.

I saw several reviews for cork backing and lining products on Amazon that indicated problems with cracking and crumbling. Your miles may vary, but for me this product arrived in-tact, and was soft enough to work with. I unrolled it slowly and let it flatten a bit before using it in my project. This product does not have an adhesive backing. I used some rubber cement to affix it to some wood I was working with. The product trimmed neatly with a hobby knife for a clean edge.

My package was just delivered and when I opened it up the clear plastic was ripped open already and the cork was broken and ripped on the corner. I would have returned it, but I need it for a last minute halloween costume. Thankfully the rest of it is alright.

I bought this for my moms only set of coasters she uses. Shes had them for years but they never had a cork inside - so they werent very functional as proper coasters.

This worked great for my project. A bit brittle so have to be careful. Tore a bit when my exacto knife started to dull.
