> 3 dayGot this as a gift from a friend for a recent heart procedure last week. This helped a great deal on our 2 hr drive home afterwards. It’s been easy to transfer from on belt to another and has cushioned the bumps while riding. Super cute!

Greater than one weekAfter a double mastectomy I tried a couple different seatbelt pillows & this is by far my favorite. While other were soft & fuzzy, they didn’t have the cushion I needed. With this pillow I have no rubbing or irritation from the seatbelt. I had this pillow on during a car accident (mild accident) & I didn’t have any seatbelt burn or bruise, and my incisions were fine. I highly recommend this to anyone that’s had any kind of mastectomy or other injury/surgery that makes wearing a seatbelt uncomfortable.

08-06-2025Quality construction with zipper closures so you can adjust the amount of fiberfill cushion. It doesnt shift from where it placed during driving. The hook and loop closures are exactly the right size for seat belts and detailed with the same fabric as the pillow which is a nice touch.
