Greater than one weekVery nice pillow for either heart surgery or one breast ( left) . It’s soft and puffs up quickly after opening. Very nicely made. I needed something to cover both breasts so I did return it. However, I highly recommend it if needed for heart or one breast, as I mentioned above .
