> 3 dayDurable plastic ice bags with draw string closure. They can hold about 12 lbs of ice and still close. Draw string can be opened and closed many times with out failure. Refrozen ice in bag can be dropped on a towel on concrete floor to separate the ice, and this does not seem to tear/break the bags. Bags are delivered loose packed in a box that is not of the same size as original case. My item count was short by over 10 percent, but the seller sent me replacement bags upon email request. Actually more bags than shorted were sent right away at no charge. Seller Qualifies for repeat purchase from me. Product is as described.

> 3 dayThe first time I purchased ice bags for the new ice machine I just got the basic ones. They didnt hold up as well when it came to breaking the ice apart -- these bags are much more durable and easier to fill.

> 3 dayI take ice to friends’ houses for Bible Study every Friday. The bags work and they are sturdy and surprisingly really don’t leak. Great buy and the picture is cute.

> 3 dayI guess I oughtto be ashamed for not rating these bags (8lb) better since I seem to always buy these same bags every time. They are a good size for bagging your own and you can stack two bags (standing upright) on top of each other in a smaller chest freezer and still shut the lid. These bags seem to come apart sometimes right below the tie string as you are loading the bag. I am not being rough - - as a matter of fact I am gentle due to their ripping below the tie string as I hold them open to fill with ice. I generally buy 400 at a time (4 100ct boxes is how they shipped them) and out of the last shipment I have used 100 and probably 10 have failed. That is a 10% failure rate. I will probably try a new flavor next time

> 3 dayNot even two full scoops, lifted the bag and rip! Bummed that these cost so much because they have a small piece of cord attached. So back to no drawstrings, 1000 ct at less than 10 cents each, at least they wont rip.
