iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

Well, this is the second tool kit I have ordered and the first one was by far superior (sadly it was stolen out of my car) and absolutely amazing, this second one looked as if it was shoddy work, basically I hate it however I do need it for my job. the SD card bit snapped upon first use. Basically on the majority of the small bits there are ridges all over (horizontal lines from Im assuming machining the bits. Not sure what happened but you need to go back to your old ones or sadly I will not be purchasing these again. I would be happy to provide pictures if asked. Altogether however I will say the company is amazing, especially its Customer service.

I use this for everything. Repairing old Gameboys, breaking into remotes, adjusting my glasses. There are a good number of tools and options to use them for.

If you are assembling or modifying a computer, you want to make sure you have the right tools at the time you need them. I would have never believed that I would use as many parts of this kit as I ended up using in my computer build project. On several occasions I was especially thankful I had purchased this full kit. Even the accessories were useful. Combined with a magnetic holder tray (purchased separately!) everything went smooth.

It has a lifetime warranty, I had broken the clip from my wrist strap, I emailed iFixit about my problem the were right on it. Same with my reverse tweezers. I had snapped one of the tips and they sent both of them within a month of each other. sent with in 1-3 weeks. Great value for the money for sure.

One of the best kits I have ever used. I highly recommend this for anyone you know that is in need of a kit. I was worried about the bits that came with the unit as other users were reporting durability problems, but I have already rigorously used this kit in a recent custom water loop build with 2 480 rads and 6 extra fans mounted throughout the chassis. All in all I would recommend this over the other kits available (Purchased 2 other kits from other brands because they were much cheaper, but as they say you get what you pay for! Had to return both because the bits were warping under little pressure).

This tools set helps a lot when you got some little stuffs to fix. Almost have everything you need. Overall its really worth the money.

Love this tool kit. Needed the small security torx drivers. Magnetic as well--perfect for working on the Mac Mini and recently brought the kit out again for security Torx on hikvison camera. It is worth the money - good solid tools - from Germany versus China. Happy I moved forward and bought this big kit.
