iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

This kit works perfectly! I work as a Graphic Designer also doing basic IT tasks. Every time Ive needed to upgrade an HDD to SSD, this kit has had every piece I needed! From opening desktop towers to SFF PCs to Laptops, Ive got plenty of use out of this kit! I even got my external IT company to get one for their staff!

As a Computer Technician myself, Ive sought to find the perfect all-in-one toolkit for mobile device repair. iFixIt has nailed it. There are very few jobs that I havent looked to my kit to give me the right tool(s). Their lifetime warranty on replacement bits is good insurance for a careful tech in the unlikely event that you strip one. The best part? All of it neatly packs away in a bundle so you can bring it anywhere.

Ive used a lot of toolkits out there, but none havent I found that are as versatile and useful as this one. This toolkit can enable you to open up almost any device out there, but whats better is they also offer device repair teardown videos and detailed instructions with the very tools this kit comes with, so you dont have to wing it and potentially break the device you intend to repair.

I bought this for work as I work in IT great with all the screw types. Has the general screw headers youd need and the magnets is good. Id recommend this for anyone who wants a screwdriver set that is working on computers or just wants to have a small set around for usefulness.

I was recommended iFixit products from my college A+ professor for all of my computer and device maintenance needs. I am glad that I listened to her because not only have I used this kit to complete my A+ course, I have also been able to replace my brothers smartphone screen, repair broken Nintendo products, and repair my personal computer and laptops of family members. The kit comes with all the tools necessary to start your journey into the IT repair world and I could not recommend it enough.

Bought this together with iFixit Manta Driver Kit - 112 Bit Driver Kit, and both sets presents me with sticky bits. Suction is good, the handles are sturdy, but the drill bits are sticky. Cannot help but wonder that items could be stocked for long time before shipment to me. A little disappointed as was originally thought that ifixit produce solid stuff.
