Solid, good price, but most likely would not buy again. Theyre not plug and play which is ok, however the wires theyre replacing are a completely different gauge and its so tiny and fragile looking. I havent been able to splice and get them installed yet. The design is a semi-permanent installation, meaning that if you need to remove your tag for any reason (adding a frame, moving to a new state/ new tag, selling vehicle) you will need to completely uninstall and re-install these. Its a minor PITA, but a PITA nonetheless. Im scared that when I need to unplug the electrical: The wires will snap apart (It seems like a 20-22 gauge wire?) Id prefer a design where its easier to change the plate without having to do a complete uninstall. Im willing to pay a few dollars more.

These things are stupid bright and work great. Really easy to wire up if you know a little about wiring and two is plenty bright for one license plate. The only things I would say are the wires are thin and don’t buy these if you have a side mounted license plate. I couldn’t hide the wires discreetly because the wire isn’t that long. I would recommend if you can find a way to hide the wires.

Wish they grounded their self for my application but all and all good

I was replacing a pair i had before from a different manufacturer, these were the only chrome colorered ones i could find. They dont seem as well made as the ones I had before but only time will tell. Just a heads up the bolt length on these was shorter then my old ones so i couldnt use the supplied nuts. I ended up modifing my plate holder slightly and using tee nuts I bought from home depot.

I liked that the wire leads are long. The description states its chrome but it is more like aluminum. The threaded part is approx. 5/8, I wish it was a little longer but I made it work for my application. Overall I am happy with the purchase but I have only had them running for a couple weeks, lets see how long they run before they fail.

At this price I wasnt getting my hopes up. I bought them to light up my motorcycle plate which I custom mounted under the seat. During installation I was very careful because I was afraid of snapping the little bolt or breaking a wire. Surprisingly you can tighten these suckers pretty tight. Construction was solid for an item under $10. They are pretty bright and work as advertised. Also act like an underbody glow kit (I have yet to see how the cops feel about this!) Shipping was very fast as well. The only drawback is that the wires are a little short but other than that Im extremely satisfied!! *Update* Ive had these on my bike for over a year now and they are still holding tight and working perfectly. I get enough vibration on my bike to blow tail lights every 3-4 weeks yet I havent had a single issue with these plate lights. in fact i just ordered another set for my other bike. Highly recommended!

Very bright, stylish to match the led bar on my suburban and great price! I would buy again, Ive had them installed for a couple years now.

These are not very bright and like a lot of others have said, very thin wire! After a couple months they are still working but I dont expect them to last to long as the light itself is open to the elements and not sealed of covered by a independent lens. Probably would not buy again.

Worked as they should. Only complaint is the wires are SUPER thin and can break easily. Ask me how I know. If I were going to get another set, I would find some with heavier gauge wire.

I got these for a custom motorcycle because I needed a license plate light and this had an extra light on the end as a bonus. The description says that they can be used for both license plate illumination and brake/tail lighting however you cant use them for both license plate illumination and a brake light because there are only two wires that power both lights at the same time. This means that it is a license plate light and running light and that is it. They do not give off much light beyond the license plate however I need to shield my eyes if I look at them. They mean it when they say High Power. They are retina searing within about 10 feet due to not having anything to scatter the light. If they had 3 wires and the light wasnt so harsh they would be perfect. Besides this they seem well made and people will notice them.
