Greater than one weekI picked this item as a gift to my adult son, who has autism. He still loves Elmo and this is a nice, quiet replacement for his long lost Elmo plulshies from childhood. In trying out the puppet, I was able to fit my grown up hand in just fine and my 9 year old son could just easily manipulate the mouth. There are no arm holes so you wont be able to manipulate Elmos arms or hands at all. This was is a cute and affordable toy that is made well enough for kids who love Elmo.
