Installed this blade on a recently purchased Harbor Freight Metal Band Saw without any problems. I am cutting thin wall mild steel tubing (1/2 to 1” by 1/16” wall) at a slow speed and very little downward force. After installing the blade, I made sure it was aligned vertically and horizontally, so it would cut square. Since installing the blade I have probably made 50 cuts without any problems. The only change I might make is to use a 14/18 tooth blade, because I generally only cut thin wall steel. I would recommend this blade! BTW, the stand is made of 1” sq x 1/16” wall mild steel tubing with wheels, cut with this saw before installing the new blade.

Got a little bit of use on this blade now. So far so good. I cut aluminum mostly but has cut steels no problem, even few cuts of tool steel. This is by far the smoothest blade, the weld seam, that Ive had in a while. Its nearly invisible! I have 2 SuperCuts that failed at the weld with low miles on them, one which was welded crooked to begin with. I hope all of their blades are made this well because Ill be buying more. UPDATE 4/6/21 I just finally replaced this blade, with the same blade. This blade is just as smooth as the last one. The saw doesnt get used everyday but its seen it fair share of use for a home guy through quite a few projects. The blade finally started to crack, but not a the weld. It has lost a few teeth, due to cutting small rods or probably the stainless exhaust pipe, so that doesnt help overall life. I still say its better than any Super Cut that Ive had in the past and will continue buying these.

My Jet horizontal band saw wasnt cutting so good any more. Took forever to cut a small piece of aluminum. Bought this blade and was pleased at how well it cuts.

Ive had a small machine shop for 13 years that works primarily in aluminum and let me tell you, Ive tried pretty much every brand of bandsaw blade made, and this brand is the one Im using for the foreseeable future. Better price and better construction, on the small horizontal bandsaw, when they eventually break, its NEVER at the weld like others, and on the larger vertical bandsaw they never break, but run so long that they do eventually dull and I replace the blade. They run quiet, and the weld joint is perfect with no space between teeth like some.

Great buy for the money. Variable pitch blades work very well.

Cutting mild steel and teeth were already missing on the second cut. REVISED REVIEW BELOW: After I left a negative review (and rightfully so) I was contacted by the company and offered an upgraded replacement. I was sent a blade for stainless and it is performing much better. I would give this blade a 5-star review by itself. I adjusted my initial review from a 1 star to a 3 star to average out the two blades. There is no doubt the first blade deserved the 1 star review but I appreciate the company making things right. The second blade is much better so I would advise anyone to start with the blade made for cutting stainless. Im sure it costs a little more but it is performing better and it appears it will have a much longer lifespan.

Cut 4130 CM Steel tubing like butter. Even cut a few pieces of 416L nicely before i dropped the saw head and bent the blade through the bearings. Good news is that it bent and did not break. packaging was awesome, teeth were protected. Only docked one star because the cut rate is a little slow on mild steel by comparison to more costly name brands.
