It is more like a duffle bag with that cheaper fabric. The picture makes it look more high end and durable. Not really impressed with this item...

Its the perfect size. Not too big or small. I absolutely loved the fact that the bag could expand. When getting ready to leave the hospital I was given post partum items to pack and the extra space came in handy. Was able to pack everything I needed (chargers, clothes, breast pump, slippers, toiletries, etc..) Also used the small bag that came with it to pack the babys first outfits along with socks, mittens, hats and swaddle. 10/10 recommend.
