These tangle super easily and the batteries die slowly and they start to dime because of the batteries but they are amazing otherwise!!

Instructions say to open battery compartment for USB, however, I did not find one! Otherwise I would give it more stars.,

I am using it for lighting and atmosphere on a camping birthday weekend to decorate my tent-the super cool thing I want to add is I am also going to have some projector lamps , ( for children as night lights), that show stars and under water scenes that use USB power source/battery power-Fancy Camping ....plug into a portable charger and watch downloaded movies on my Kindle to boot....lol.......

Love the lights but they dont stay on because of the timer. They were to be used as a night light in a bathroom so they are useless for what I needed them for

These lights are adorable and easy to use. They can be connected to USB power source or use batteries. Can be set to a timer: 2,4,6 or 8 Hours. Remote works very well up to 15 feet away!

I love the lights in my daughters mermaid room. They are bright and go perfectly with the theme. She likes having them on at bedtime and the different settings work well whether they flicker, blink or chase. There are no instructions for the remote however and I cannot get it to work consistently. I really wanted to be able to use the timer but no matter how many times I try, it never works right. I often have to push the on button several times before they turn on. Same with the off button. We still like them and just live with the frustrating remote but really wish it worked right and the button would do what it says when you push it.

Fantastic enhancement for coastal decor! Love the shapes of seahorses, starfish and sand dollars. Remote can be used to customize the look and functions of the LED lights. I used these lights around a coastal centerpiece on the dining room table. Very happy with my purchase.

These lights are beautiful and provide excellent mood lighting. I was disappointed to learn programmable just means you can set a timer for them to go off after a certain number of hours. Also, they dont come on when you first plug them in, so take very good care of the remote control and make sure not to lose it.

I kept the lights on all evening and overnight. The batteries drain quickly if they are not kept on timer. I had to replace the batteries within about 3 weeks of constant use. The lights are bright and vivid, thats why I wanted to always keep them on.
