> 3 dayBought these for an elderly relative who wasnt having success with the disposable bed pads. The disposables were uncomfortable, wouldnt stay put, and the adhesive corners stuck to the sheets and left a paper and glue residue thats impossible to remove. These are 100 times better. And the larger size offers better protection. Their absorbency hasnt been tested yet but so far theyre working out very well.

Greater than one weekIve been trying to manage the result of stress incontinence by sitting on towels. Not a great solution. These pads are much more absorbant than towels - nothing leaked through. Very comfortable to sit on. Easy to wash. These will keep my furniture from getting ruined.

> 3 dayOne of my loved ones has been bedridden for 117 months, and these pads have improved her quality of life. She raves about how soft the fabric feels, and especially how the edges dont scratch her when the fan-fold is pulled through. They also effectively wick the moisture away, rather than leave a saturated puddle under the patient, and they are considerably drier after the washing machines spin cycle, cutting dryer time.

> 3 dayI have a 4yo who still has nighttime oopsies sometimes and I was getting tired of washing alll the sheets and sheet protectors. And then the mattress protectors weren’t really waterproof so I had this awful pvc cover underneath….just yucky all the way around. This has completely changed the game! It’s so easy to wash and dry! And it totally waterproof! I was skeptical at first, but after the first accident I was sold!

> 3 dayWow, I stumbled across these pads recently on Amazon and figured - why not try them. I am disabled and have occasional incontinence issues. I wear diapers and they occasionally leak. With these pads i dont worry about ruining the furniture anymore. They absorb quickly and there is almost no smell! When i can get changed after leakage all that is needed is to swap the wet pad with a dry one. The wet one never seems super wet, the moisture seems to disperse across the entire surface where it can evaporate away. I am so pleased with these that I have a couple more sets in my cart. Excellent product that lives up to its hype.

> 3 dayUsed other pads previously. Disposable are wasteful and bad for ecological reasons. Another brand was more secure for not sliding against the sheets, others stayed put better due to their design. Delivery was S L O W, and as such, very annoying. Also, if pads are used for older people with sensitive skin who are heavy, these pad wrinkles if there is any sliding. Sensitive users may become uncomfortable when lying on the wrinkles for extended period due to the thickness of the pads. Even with all that, they still rank a four star rating from us due to the high quality of the pieces, the extreme absorbancy, the softness (against the skin) of the materials used in creation of the pad. They seem larger than advertised, but the dimensions ARE accurate. Simply surprising how much the pad covers as it near covers the entire width and a great long swath of the length of a twin size bed. These were an excellent purchase, IMO, and if they should ever need to be replaced, we will certainly purchase IMPROVIA® again.

> 3 dayThese are very good underpads for hospital beds. They are easy to clean and last a very long time before replacement is needed. They also do not fade or pill quickly.

> 3 dayI foster nursing litters for an animal rescue. For puppies, these are superior to the typical plastic-backed pee pads. Puppies have a habit of putting front paws on the pad and peeing right at the edge, or just off it. With traditional plastic-backed, pee runs UNDER. With these, the underside is just absorbent enough to minimize that. I prefer the plastic-backed for adults with larger capacity bladders. Washing was a little tricky in my top load no-agitator washer. They dont really absorb water like a towel. They dont become pliable and squishy like towels or sheets, so I had to rebalance the load often. They spun inconsistently. Pad only loads might improve that, but I was running two mixed puppy loads a day to keep up, so never had a chance for that. Because they were inconsistent in moist/dry after washing, I hung them in shower to dry. Caveats aside, I liked the first four pack so much I bought a second. I had two out for use, two on deck, and four in various states of drying for the last few weeks.

Greater than one weekI placed these on top of my couch cushion, underneath a fabric cover. Within a few days of them arriving, my son got sick all over the couch. The fabric cover absorbed quite a bit and these pads absorbed the rest. Theyre easy to wash and dry. Thankful they really work!
