Individual Software PROFESSOR TEACHES OFFICE 2016

I should start by saying that I do already have some knowledge of Office products. However, this product teaches only the basics. I was disappointed in the fact that if you know how to open a document, type, print, and save, you have pretty much learned everything the professor has to teach. The program also runs really slow and the graphics are similar to the original Oregon Trail I used to play on the original Apple back in the 90s. If you are looking to develop a true understanding of Microsoft Office, I would look elsewhere.

I tried to download this item from my software library. but my computer shows message The type of file is harmful to your computer, do you want to keep or discard? Naturally, I stopped download and discarded. This item is not returnable, I guess my $30.00 is down to drain, what a luck. Wrote an email to support for solution on 05/06/16. Reply on 05/07/16 with service ticket # is: 70806, promises to reply me in 48 hours, heard nothing now 05/16/16. Thanks Techs Support, I have overlooked the junk e-mail box, and downloaded the software without any problem. My Apology and thank you for prompt reply.

How do I open this thing? My PC says the file is harmful to my computer and nothing will open it. I feel Ive been ripped off! I had to purchase something worthless from Microsoft supposedly to open what I downloaded from Amazon but it doesnt work either. I wish I hadnt wasted $5.00 buying something utterly worthless from Microsoft as directed by Microsoft to open the worthless file I received from Amazon. This has been a huge mistake and I am royally pissed at AMAZONs download link. I doubt I will purchase any download software through Amazon in the future because of this fiasco. The makers of Professor Teaches care about their reputation and quickly provided a link which worked perfectly for me. I only wish I had known in advance to purchase the software directly from the manufacturer.

Good Product

My husband was in desperate need of this and really loves the way the lessons are presented. Takes you step by step through each application. Now hes teaching me a thing or two!

Looking forward to learning how to use this new version of software.

UN-DOWNLOADABLE!! Repeated over and over to download, Unsuccessful. I should read the reviews first. Good thing, Amazon is refunding to my CC. 5 Stars for that. TKS Amazon.

I found that there were a lot of changes between Office 2010 to Office 2013/2016 - I really like the training and you get a ton of training for your money.

The software is not working properly.

Very cumbersome and hard to use.
