Baby loved around 6+ months although it could be introduced sooner

The baby loves playing with this thing, although I wouldnt say its his favorite thing to gnaw on when hes teething. He usually plays with the spinning flower and beads on the handle. Teether, no. Amusing baby toy? Absolutely.

Bought for grandchild easy to hold she lives it

I cannot comment on how this toy actually works for teething, but as far as interaction and hand eye coordination it is awesome! My husband and I showed this to our 11 week old and he instantly became curious of it. Within a few days he is able to relax his first, intentionally grab and spin the flower petals and is able to spin the center ball. He has even wrapped his fingers around the rattle and shake it. He loves this toy!! It has done wonders for hand eye coordination! We have lots of toys for him, but nothing that works as well as this one for hand eye coordination.

My biggest complain with all rattles and teething toys is most cannot be submerged in water and washed with soap they all must be spot cleaned. Otherwise, water would get trapped and mold could grow. Especially, right now theres only a few teething toys I like my daughter to take outside our home since I can wash them in the sink more easily. Hoever, this is a fun rattle for her and since she likes it I also like it. I just wish manufacturers made toys easier to clean and had that in mind for us as parents.

Baby loved it right away. Easy to hold and chew on. She didnt start spinning it until 6 months, but still liked it before she could spin it. Little nubs are hard to surface wipe with baby wipe. Need a moist towel to clean. You cant submerge the whole thing in water.
