I love these bottles. Glass is thick and pretty, with color variation. Roller ball fitments snap firmly into place, especially with a little tool I have for that purpose. I used these for an essential oil class and they arrived packaged very well. I’m very pleased!

I read the complaints related to the product, and though it is tough at first to get product to come through the roller ball, I cannot call this a failing. It allows you or your customer to customize that particular roller-ball. Ill explain; once i have a new roller ball loaded and ready, i tap it on my palm a couple times till the desired amount of product comes out, then i never have to do it again with that particular roller ball. If i had to choose between the two problems, i would rather do this, then have way to much product come out at once from the roller ball. Especially since the product i put into these roller-balls is extremely expensive. They are beautiful and can be disinfected for re use. Thank you for putting together a beautiful, reliable and sturdy product. I will be buying more from you in the future.

Theyre horrible. They barely let out any product. The bottles are pretty but are pretty much useless is what it really is. Save your money.
