Greater than one weekThe luggage tag is extremely durable and stylish. I purchased two and already put some miles on them flying around from conferences in Indianapolis, IN and camping in San Francisco, CA. I like the rubber material the tag is made from, it feels good to the touch and the matte black color looks good even after it’s been thrown around in the luggage area of the plane and baggage claim areas of the airports. I would definitely recommend this product.

Greater than one weekThis is one of the best luggage tags I have ever had. Normally they disappear off my luggage but this one is sturdy and is has outlasted my luggage. I feel the security is good, it hides my info unless you open it) so random people dont get my info. I highly recommend this luggage tag.

Greater than one weekLove the tags, much more than what I had hoped for. The only problem is that one of the tags was missing the stainless steel loop. I tried to get one from Amazon but they were only able to do a refund. I did not want a refund for the product was exactly what I wanted, so will figure out the loop on my own.

Greater than one weekI really just bought this cause it was red and black and had my initial. I cannot see the point of the metal attaching thing or hiding my info in the middle of a very weird tag. It is way too heavy, way too complex and way too over designed. I am sorry I bought this. I havent traveled with it yet so I dont know if the features are any good, but this is total overkill. All I wanted was a red and black tag with my initial. I did not need the Fort Knox of luggage tags.

> 3 daySeems Like a Great Idea. Before the first air trip, I tightened the cable to be sure it was tight. Picked up my bag from the second leg (JFK to SFO). Tag was gone. Bag was intact. No Idea how or why. Needs a secure fastening method. A couple twists on the cable fastener apparently doesnt do it. I contacted Shacke and received a reply from Anne in 24 hours. She explained they were sorry and were sending me a new Luggage Tag which I have received. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
