The toner I ordered came on time and worked perfectly. I was concerned that it not being from the original manufacturer there would be a compatibility issue. To my surprise the cartridges went in and were recognized immediately. The cartridges were cheaper and larger than the ones offered by manufacturer. The only thing I want to mention is you should have a recycle plan for the old toner cartridges. Even if I have to pay for shipping I would to recycle them.

I was in urgent need of printing huge of document and my printer was low on toner. I have purchased mutliple toner cartridges from this vendor and all of them have perofrmed extremely well. No toner leaks, no issues with quality. Will continue to buy from this vendor. My Brother printer prints a few thousand pages per month and it is does not know the difference between these cartirdges and the Brother brand.

I am so glad I found this alternative to the HP toners that also include a chip. This allows me to save so much money. Also, when I did have questions, the customer service was excellent and they responded and assisted me immediately.

This is the best toner I have purchased. It comes with instructions on how to get the chip out of the HP brand toner and removing the chip is super easy. I work for a school and we will be purchasing these over the Hp brand now.
