Had some initial compatability issues, but this company worked hard to make it right. My replacement cartridgres arrived and have been working perfectly. Its great when things go without a hitch, but good customer service departments who will stand by their products are not always easy to find!

This is a repeat purchase for me as I keep going bs k since this is a very good product at a great price so the value you get is very strong. Never an issue, lasts per the promise and I’ll keep coming back.

Expensive but shows error on the printer since it is off brand

I like this printer cartridge because it had the chip needed for our printer , price was right so I bought two . . . So far I have had no issues ,everything prints perfectly and I would definitely purchase again . Great value

No problems at all with my HP M203dw. Print quality looks perfect. No issues with the printer not recognizing the cartridge or anything like that. Would definitely buy again.

We were skeptical at first due to the negative comments but we decided to take a chance based upon the guarantee as well as the high expense of the other toners. We have been very pleased with the performance but even more pleased that the vendor reached out to us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Big hat tip to James ECO Imaging!!

These are a great alternative to spending $$$ on HP toner cartridges. These cartridges are very easy to install since they come with chips. Prints and copies come out crystal clear. The only complaint is that if you have to print/copy a full page of color, the colors arent exactly true to what they should be. Other than that, I will be repurchasing this product when it is time for another replacement.

I am so glad I found this alternative to the HP toners that also include a chip. This allows me to save so much money. Also, when I did have questions, the customer service was excellent and they responded and assisted me immediately.
