Insta360 Bullet Time Cord for ONE X2, ONE R

I(m not impressed. Not worth the money and not very functional. I dont even like the features.

The Insta360 Bullet Time Cord is a game-changing accessory for any Insta360 camera. Its easy to use, produces stunning 360-degree footage, and is highly portable. However, one downside is that the stitching at the cord line is noticeable, which may affect the overall quality of the footage.

I mistakenly thought this was an extended timer for the camera. Instead it is for twirling the camera around ones head. My fault probably for not reading the product listing more clearly. That listing could be a bit clearer however. This issue has been a recurring one for me with Inst360 camera items. There is so much variety there that it is very hard to see clearly in advance what one is getting.

The way the product is marketed, and the remote is designed it make it appear that this fob has a button to trigger the camera. It is actually just a retractable cord with a nice looking metal case. There is no button to trigger the camera When attempting the bullet time movements with the Insta360 camera you still have to manually trigger the recording on the camera body, and then swing. The same thing can be done with some string, and 1/4-20 bolt. Granted this product would look much nicer, but my solution is 1/20th the cost.

It works fine in case youre extremely cautious because the camera is rather heavy and robust and you need to twist it fast enough to keep in the air. You have to find a totally empty space for it because in case you hit someone it could make a lot of harm. Also disappointing that you cant fix the length of the string so you have to use it for a full length only which is about 4 feet and its not always what I need.

You really gotta put some force for it to spin nice around u which destroys the quality of the video. Just stick with using the tripod grip. Works so much better and u can control the speed and height of the camera. Dont waste your money on this

This little thing is great!! It attached very secure to the camera and helped get great video!!

So far so good. Wish it would lock in place, or do I? Nice to practice and catch and get some great bullet time shots.
