Honestly, this is a little small than 0ga that I have purchased in the past; however, shipping was fast and this will still work for my install.

Compared to copper this wire has a significantly higher resistance and is the most important purpose of ANY wire,for all purposes,regardless if its being used for welding,Rec. vehicle accessories,car audio,etc. and this specific wire has a very high resistance because of the aluminum being used..copper is by far has superior low resistance and is the best you can get unless you can afford custom gold stranded wire? With high resistance you get heat which will basicly strain the components using it? If you need wire for purpose,use copper and if cost os most important to you,use this aluminum clad!

Ive been using this wire to install my audio amps and trunk batteries its thick as hell and very pliable Ive bought before and will agin
