No question about the copper or the PVC jacket...it is very high quality and limp (easy to lay straight, does not come off the spool and try to stay coiled). However, one important thing that you need to be aware of: most speaker wire or dual-conductor cable can usually split apart by simply pulling the 2 cables apart. This cannot. If you try to do this, it will not reliably separate in-between the wires. Instead, it is liable to split the jacket randomly in places that will expose the naked copper strands. Also, if you use a razor blade to separate them, please note that there is not much jacket material in-between the wires. So unless you are VERY careful with the knife or razor blade, it is very easy to accidentally expose the naked wire. This is the only negative about this cable, but it is a significant issue in my opinion.

I like not love this cable. If youre careful when prepping the ends its excellent. If youre in a hurry and dont take extreme care when separating the 2 wires, the insulation will rip. It took a few attempts to finish the job neatly and completely for 7 speakers.

Very nice speaker wire. Great price for 12 gauge OFC. Nice and flexible. Uses a bunch of thinner strands to make up the specified gauge which makes it more flexible overall. High quality product for sure. Great for a subwoofer or any other high-end speaker where you want the lowest loss possible. Most binding posts accept 12 gauge without any issues. Not sure why the jacket is tan and brown. Odd color choice I suppose, but I ended up covering it with some black expanded sleeving so really not a big deal. Can easily recommend. Not just for car audio. Ive got this hooked up to my passive 15 sub and a Crown amp. This speaker wire will easily outlast my entire setup. And probably me as well.

I mean I love audio equipment I love speakers I use lots of wire and this is possibly the best I have tried . Great for subs
