The quality of the insulation and wire seems to be good. This is two steps above any of the normal, dare I say, speaker wire that comes with lower and mid level priced speakers. This is thicker overall, so take that into account when thinking of routing. It is compatible to the size of good indoor extension cords.

This is my go to speaker wire, flexible and easily installed. The conductors are really fine and easy to damage which is the very reason the wire is so flexible, this is easily remedied by connectors or tinning the ends.
